Reset your password.
Facebook offers several methods to recover access to your account if you lose your password. The most common method is to request a password reset when you log in to your Facebook account by clicking on the "Forgotten Account Information or Forgotten Password" link. Select your email address from the list. Facebook will then contact you to inform you of the steps to follow.
Here are the other methods:
Try logging into your account:
a) Enter the phone number or email address you used when you created your account.
b) In the password section, enter a false password. You will receive a message: "we have sent you a login code". You have entered an incorrect password. To log in, enter the 6-digit code we sent to: xx**@** or 01****4576.
c) Now open your mailbox (Gmail or normal message) to see the 6-digit code.
d) Enter the 6-digit code that facebook sent you, then click next or continue.
You may also receive this alert: ''the password you entered is incorrect''. Have you forgotten your password?''. If so, click Have you forgotten your password?
You will then be redirected to the page: ''get a password reset code''. Click on next.
If you do not have access to the information displayed at the top, click on "You no longer have access to these items" to be redirected to this page: "How can we reach you?".
In the first box, enter your number or email address.
In the second box, re-enter your number or email address. Then click on "Continue".
If you have already been chosen at least 3 trusted friends, if you forget your account password, you will be redirected to the page "Ask your trusted contacts for help". Now contact your trusted friends and ask them to go to: "https:/www.facebook.com/recover.
After contacting them, enter the codes they have sent you in the bottom three boxes and click continue.
Congratulations, your account is now recovered.

Try recovering your email address
